Mr. Rincon, whose experience spans more than 25 years with “Big Four” US public accounting firms and Global Fortune 500 companies in Latin America, including Venezuela and Brazil, possesses considerable expertise in tax planning and operations, tax consulting, M&A, tax and financial due diligence, cross border transactions; international accounting and corporate finance. Additionally, he is a recognized expert in the areas of Latin American entity restructuring and M&A projects, Latin American financing structures/arrangements, market entry analysis, location studies for shared service centers, withholding tax planning, international FAS 109 and FIN 48 reviews, migration to new financial and cost accounting systems and holding companies structures.
Most recently, Mr. Rincon worked as an International Tax Director for Deloitte Tax LLP, based in Miami. While there he held numerous leadership roles including leading the Latin America International tax Practice, serving as the Regional Leader for the Office of the Chairman Clients of Deloitte Tax LLP, as well as leading the Latin America Indirect Tax Practice. Additionally, he was a Member of the Global Indirect Tax Steering Committee and a former International Tax Partner for Deloitte Venezuela.
Mr. Nelson E. Rincon was selected as one of the leading tax advisors in Latin America by the International Tax Review magazine’s survey in 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002. He has also been rated as a top scored speaker in international tax conferences such as CITE and other highly recognized U.S. organizations.
Nelson E. Rincon is a certified public accountant from the Universidad Santa Maria, Caracas, Venezuela and holds a Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.
Mr. Cheney is a Senior IT professional with over 26 years of experience in IT management, project management, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service where in addition to managing multimillion dollar IT projects, he has raised over $6.5 million dollars in funding for strategic projects. He has worked in both government and private industry with Fortune 500 companies such as Fujitsu and Cisco Systems, Inc. He has also worked in small and medium companies like JDR Microdevices, West Valley Software, American Undersellers and Cheetah Systems, a startup company in California's fast paced Silicon Valley. In addition, he has also started and run high tech hardware and software companies and other service industry companies.
In addition, Mr. Cheney has taught graduate level e-Commerce classes at the University of Phoenix. He has an MBA in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business from Santa Clara University, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley and is currently completing a PhD in Information Systems at Nova Southeastern University. He is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) with the Project Management Institute since 2004.
Mr. Mateu, has 15 years experience in the Financial Area representing many international and USA based first rated financial providers.

He is also a recognized production leader with an extended and loyal portfolio of high level clients in different countries.
Mr. Jose R. Mateu, originally an engineer graduated from Universidad Simon Bolivar, Caracas, Venezuela, also became a successful and innovative independent Financial Consultant many years ago, holding a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, Boston, USA. He is also an active member of the "American Business Association", an organization that continually looks to maximize consumer dollars and improve the well being of your business and household and an active participant of National Study Groups for Wealth Promotion promoted by the "Money Trax" Organization.
